GUSTI TOOL WORKS LLP (GTW), is a venture by Tosher G Hormusjee & family, conceived in 2015. Tosher has more than 20 years of experience in the cutting tool industry.
GTW is part of the GUSTI Vision conceived by TGH, which is a Technology Engine Creation concept that aims to bring together industry, academia, technology and entrepreneurs to develop skills and competencies, and deliver world-class manufacturing services, learning and advances in technologies. Such a consortium will enable manufacturers to operate with unprecedented speed, precision, quality and efficiency. Effectively create a centre of excellence with academia, which will provide for any industry or industrial cluster.
GTW will focus on servicing high precision and high productivity manufacturing of machine tools, aerospace, automotive, die mould, energy, medical and other precision industries. GTW will be a solution provider for the entire range of cutting application including standard and special carbide tools, PCD tools, boring bars, milling cutters, holders and fixtures. Tie ups with global majors are an added advantage. As high-quality manufacturing grows in India, customers will demand productive and efficient machining solutions to compete in a global market. GTW will be a one stop shop where its speciality in performance metal cutting and application knowledge will be competitive and profitable to the customer. This is a key factor as cost per component philosophy is being replace globally by Cost of Ownership and dimensional tolerance enhanced with structural tolerance.
GTW is guided by TGH whose philosophy of quality and passion for technology is well known in the industry. GTW has a dedicated team that is well experienced in machining and application knowledge and are committed to servicing customer needs.
The plant located in Bangalore is a world class facility where it features the world's latest and most accurate CNC machines and measuring equipment with automation.
GTW products will have 100% inspection and traceability to meet customer's requirement. ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100:2016 Rev(D), ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 integrated management systems are implemented.
The facility is world class, energy efficient, eco-friendly with active rain water harvesting and other coolant and air management systems to reduce carbon footprint.
